Job Description

  • Act as a liaison between clients/schools and Fresh Start (kitchen, transportation, management, production, purchasing)

  • Inbound & Outbound telephone call management

  • Answering client's questions, providing information, taking and revising orders

  • Reporting complaints received to supervisor

  • Communicate with clients via emails and phone calls

  • It's best practice to back up a phone call with an email.

  • Create monthly menus for schools, weekly and daily productions for team.

  • Accommodate requests and enforce policies

  • Build lasting relationships with clients


  • Active Listening Skills

  • Customer Service Experience

  • Positive Attitude

  • Assign Projects as Needed

  • Excel Experience

  • Proficient in typing preferred (45+WPM)

Monday - Friday (Start time varies)
