Act as a liaison between clients/schools and Fresh Start (kitchen, transportation, management, production, purchasing)
Inbound & Outbound telephone call management
Answering client's questions, providing information, taking and revising orders
Reporting complaints received to supervisor
Communicate with clients via emails and phone calls
It's best practice to back up a phone call with an email.
Create monthly menus for schools, weekly and daily productions for team.
Accommodate requests and enforce policies
Build lasting relationships with clients
